Can I use Wilton's gel icing colors to color melted chocolate or do I need to buy comethign else?

You need to buy Wilton's coloring for candy/chocolate. The regular gel colors do not work, I've tried it!

you can also use powedered colors and they work best if mixed with cocoa butter first

I've colored white chocolate (melted) with the wilton gel colors...but I mean I barely put a touch just to get a pastel pink........the gel colors are water based and will cause the chocolate to seize up......you need to get the powdered food colors!
