Hi there, I'm just wondering If you have a favorite Chocolate Glaze Recipe. I've seen different ones on the internet but can't decide on one. Your insights would be really appreciated. I'm looking for one to use on Petit Fours.

I would use a ganache recipie. It's soo yummy.

I used the Wilton recipe for gnache the other day and from what I was told, it was a hit at the bridal shower. It was soooooooo easy to boot!

12 oz chocolate melts
1/2 cup of whipping cream

In double boiler heat up the whipping cream and add the melts, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.


I was terrified when I decided to try it, because I never used it before, but it was so easy!
