Jo-ann, I hate to bombard you with the same request, but I really have been searching for a recipe for icing for diabetic's. Don't know why I didn't think to ask anyone here. Everyone here is so helpful, you'd thought this would have been the first place I would have asked. Thank you in advance so much for sharing, I can't tell you how many requests I've had for that. right on this site in the recipe section there's a recipe for decorating icing for diabetics and it's yummy, even my kids loved it, and for a cake recipe I went on the Splenda website, and found lots of yummy cake recipes, haven'T tried them all tho. I'm not diabetic, but my mil is and some of my friends, and I know that it could be something I could do in my business because the bakery doesn't. It's so yummy and easy!!!

Sorry to be a bother, but I would love the recipes also. Both my hubby and my mom are diabetes. I'm the only one that is technically allowed to eat cakes. Of course, that doesn't stop my DH from sneakins sweets all day. Thanks so much
