O.K. I'm a an old retired disco queen from the 70's and the best cookies that was served at all the parties I went to were snowballs. They were no bake cookies made out of vanilla wafers, pineapple/creamcheese filling, then rolled in wipped cream and then covered in coconut flakes. They were put into the freezer until it was time to serve. I can't remember the recipe, thought maybe someone out there has heard of them and by chance have a recipe.

I've never had them but they sound delicious!
