Anyone use any Wilton Dessert Whipper Pro, Dessert Decorator Pro, or Dessert Decorator Max?? Is it worth buying.

Also how about the Cookie press?? Where you put the cookie dough and it comes out in the tube.. Makes different shapes

Where do you LIKE to shop for baking accessories? icing? gels? flavorings? and fondent????

Thank you

Hi Brenda! I like to shop at www.sugarcraft.com

I do have a cookie press but mine is made by Pampered Chef. I love it! I use it every Christmas to make wreath and tree cookies. It's a lot faster than cutting the cookies out and you can use a more fragile dough so you end up with really light, buttery cookies.

My press is good quality and if the Wilton one is like that, it might be worth buying if you make a lot of cookies.

Hey Brenda,

I haven't tried the cookie dough stuff or the whipper stuff. They look cool just haven't gotten into cookies. I like cakes better.

I shop at my cake supply store & at Michael's. I love going to Hobby Lobby too but I buy too much other stuf so I don't go there very often!!! icon_smile.gif The cake supply store I go to has everything & many different brands of things. I don't always use Wilton stuff. Check in the yellow pages for a cake supply store near you. I know you will love it!! They can order things for you too if they don't have what you want~

Years ago I had a cookie press and didn't like it. The dough kept getting stuck and it was just a mess. I just use cookie cutters now - less mess to clean up.

I do most of my shopping at Joann's. I joined their mailing list at the store and receive a newsletter with valuable coupons (sometimes 40% off an item). I shop their online store as well if I have time for the item to arrive. Recently they had a promotion that allowed for 50% off one item. Granted when buying online you have the added shipping expense. Their site allows you to add and track how many products you have in the shopping cart before the shipping charges change. However, if you join their online site and purchase (and ship) 3 orders - your shippng becomes free for 1 year.

Hope this helps.
