Does anyone have a good lime mousse filling recipe. I have been thinking about trying lime jello, milk and whipping cream. Anyone ever tried this before???

I made something similar, that tasted like lime mousse. It was actually lime curd that I folded into Italian meringue buttercream. It was so good. I've also folded lime/lemon curd into whipped cream, which was also very good.

The recipes I used were from Dede Wilson's wedding book, which I checked out at the library. I can't find the file that I typed the recipes in.

But I would just look for a lemon or lime curd recipe (just substitute limes for lemons) and fold it into IMBC or whipped cream.
