My grocery store sells many flavors of extract, such as strawberry, orange, coconut, peppermint, and rum. Here are all the flavors McCormick makes: http://www.mccormick.com/content.cfm?id=7030 . I have never heard of 'Ambrosia' extract. Lorann makes a bunch of different oil flavorings (much stronger than extracts), so you might check them.

Honestly, I've always heard of ambrosia referred to as the name of a tropical salad, like this one: http://southernfood.about.com/od/orangerecipes/r/bl30621z.htm

If it were me, I'd go back to the customer and ask them what 'Ambrosia' means to them icon_smile.gif

I've never heard of Ambrosia Extract! (that doesn't mean it doesn't exist though! lol) When I think of Ambrosia, I think of coconut, orange and pineapple. You could maybe use a combination of those extracts.
