On the section about cancellations, you say that after two weeks you can't accept cancellations, but what if someone cancels then still expects you to make the cake? I'd just reword or clarify that, since they might want you to make the cake anyway or not, and your idea of a cancellation is that the cake won't be made. (That's what mine would be)
I just rewrote my contract and ended up adding another page to it (it's 4 pages long with a lot of specifics), and I tell people that I think that everything they have qeustions about should be covered in there. I haven't had anyone complain about how strict it is, and I've had at least 4 or 5 bookings since I started using the new format, so I don't think a long contract will affect anyone's decision to book or not. If you present it as "this contract is pretty thorough, and I think that it will answer anything you could think of asking," then people won't question it.
I also have a feeling that even though my contract is fairly strict, most reception venues and other vendors have stricter ones, so it isn't something people haven't seen before!
