Do you frost it? What kind of frosting do you recommend? Our home smells SO good...thanks for sharing the recipe! We'll let you know how it goes.
I've covered it with fondant, with a filling and crumb coat of white chocolate buttercream - it was goooooood - but very rich, so a little piece of this cake goes a long way!

White Chocolate Mud Cake
1kg California blondie Mix
500mls Water
150mls Oil
100g White Chocolate (melted)
2 Lge Eggs
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing mbowl & beat at low speed for 4 mins.
2. Line & grease a 23cm (9) pan.
3. Pour in mixture & bake in a preheated oven at 150 160C for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours, or until cooked.
4. Cover pan with a tea towel & leave stand for ½ hour before turning out onto a rack, (still covered) to finish cooling.
