Too Strong Icing

Anybody know how to tone down icing that has too much flavoring?

How about making a non flavored batch and mixing some of it in the flavored batch?Sort of diluting it.

Well, it was really a no brainer..LOL...I was hoping someone would tell me something I could add that was quick and easy. I ended up doing what Maineiac suggested and just made a half recipe and added it. It really helped a lot!! I finished my cake. It was for my husband. He had asked me to make him a cake and has been working hard so I obliged him. I have it posted in the gallery under Color Scheme-Purple.
