I was very dissapointed the other day when, yet again, I couldn't find Super Black and Red Americolor here on CC. But, another CCer gave me this site and, WOW! I called to check and see if they had it in stock and I wasn't even put on hold! Someone picked up and check everything for me. They were out of the Super Black but told me it would be in tomorrow and they would call me as soon as the order was put together and sent out. How nice! If you are in the Midwest area I definetly recommend this site! He said my supplies should be here by Friday! What a great find!

I just discovered them and am VERY happy with their selection and service. BTW, pay the $6 for the catalog (free if your order is over $30) it's SOOOO worth it!

they are very good when it comes to customer service...i ordered some spatulas and they called me in Jamaica to tell me one of the colors were out of stock....i just asked them to choose a color for me.

They are really awesome. I have started buying eerything from there. I had a problem and they bent over backawards to help resolve it and even tooka hit themselves. But because of that I will be buying form there everytime I can.

I wanted to know about the peanut free issue with my chocoalte and they did a bunch of researcha nd got right back to me. Excellent people....

I've been a loyal customer with CK for quite a while and I LOVE them!! My orders come in so quick, and if an item is out of stock, they call me immediately and let me know when it will be in, etc. And their prices are good. I love them!!
