I have a batch of NFSC chilling in the fridge. I want to try RBC for the first time. I was wondering, does one batch of RBC cover a batch of NFSC? Thanks. Jodie

You roll out the RBC to 1/8" while your cookies are baking. When the cookies are finished baking take them out and wait 1 minute before you apply the cut out RBC to your cookies. This allows the cookie to cool off just a bit so your RBC doesn't melt right off the cookie. I used the RBC on my cookies yesterday and I had left overs. I love using it!! The cookies came out great.

It depends on how thick you roll each of them. I usually have a bit of RBC left over. BUT, I roll my cookies 3/8" and my RBC 1/8". I get about 3 dozen NFSC from the recipe on here (It says it makes 5-6)
HTH!!
