How long should I wait to package my cookies using Antonia icing? Thank~Melissa

I'd wait at least 24 hours after the last details are finished - I packaged some up this morning after 14 hours and some of the details broke off because they weren't sufficiently dried out! Luckily it is just for a cookie bouquet picture, not a customer!

Yep...waiting at least 24 hrs is best. I've had to rush and package after 18 and even 12 hrs of drying...they WILL get smudged in places or you may even have some icing breakage if you package too early. Good thing those times, it was only for friends or school...not a paying order! LoL icon_rolleyes.gif
