Help With Anatomy Cake Heart Or Lungs

i want to make a cake for my anatomy class party -- either a heart or lungs -- can anyone help me figure out how to do that? i really want it to be PRETTY

for lungs start w/ either 2 -> 9x13 sheet cakes. tort each, then carve each into shape of lung and ice or cover in fondant. for trachea, i'd use paper towel rolls covered in fondant so can easily get those little ribs.

for heart same idea, tho' I'd freeze so can bet the more complex curves of the heart. Might take 3 layers to get tall enough cake.

can increase size of sheet to make larger versions.

should be able to make both and have heart resting in middle of lungs.
