Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a book with instructions on how to make PVC internal cake structural support for large cakes . I see them use PVC pipe and flanges on tv, but they never quite show enough so I can figure out the whole thing on my own. Thanks for your help! Tracie

I use 1/2 metal pipe. You can find flanges of all sorts and pieces that come in every size possible. I was just shopping this evening seeing what I have available. I am still looking for 1/4 inch flanges. Basically you can just screw the flange to a wood board and start creating the skeleton you need. HTH!
