i have the wilton roll and cut mat which is used for fondant. i usually coat it with shortening since i have found it easier to work with my fondant this way.
my question is how do you all clean yours? it is so awkward to clean in the sink and it seems i can never get it as squesky clean as i want. any cleaning suggestions out there?

I put mine on the counter and scrub both sides with a scrubbie, then rinse it in the sink with the sprayer.

My suggestion is to do what TMC said, and use Dawn dish soap. It always seems to get all the grease off of everything.
