Hi to all,

Well my hubby did it again, he went cleaning my stove, and rubed off all the marks .

So now i have no marks on my oven cant see if it's on 150F or 350F.

Is there anything out there that i can stick to make my oven front look good again.

Man my hubby likes to clean tooooooooo much. icon_mad.gificon_cry.gif
Thanks any ideas would be appreciated.

maybe you can call the stove company and have them send you a new knob for the stove. I wish my hubby cleaned that much.

What brand is it? You can usually go to the internet and order parts for them and recieve them in just a couple of days. Better yet, if there is place near you that fixes appliances, they may have some in stock. Just a couple of options.

until you get new knobs for the oven, do you have an oven thermometer? I know it's a pain, but you could give it your best guess and see what the therm says after about 20 min (especially good if your oven has a chime to tell you when *it* thinks it's ready). Then use white out or a permanent light colored marker to indicate where the knob was when it hit your favorite temps ( like 325, 350, 400, whatever). This might even be an improvement if the oven calibration was off before - I know some people have problems with that.

Good luck!

Thanks.

I will try the marker thing, as i have already bought the oventhermometer.

It's a ''CUISINO''.

iT'S JUST THAT THE FRONT OF THE STOVE LOOKS SO ODD WITH OUT THE BLACK MARKINGS.

Groetjes Ana.
