I've heard people say to use gum-tex in fondant so it will dry harder. Just wondering about how much do you use? I was going to make one recipe of the MMF. Thanks!

I use about a teaspoon in a baseball size ball.

Thanks! So you don't add it to the entire recipe? You work it into smaller amounts?

You could do the whole amount if you like but found that it was easier for me anyways to work in small amounts as I might colour each piece a different colour.

Wilton books call for 1/2 teaspoon in 12oz
