Few weeks ago there was an option where the person that posted the photo had the option of whether he/she wants people to make comments or not..because in the past some people were not happy with some comments.

Ok...well I spoke too soon......realized some people can choose if they want comments in their forum info. DUH ME! Sorry I should've looked first.
