Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has made this cake before? Do you know where it came from. I am not sure about the railing part with the mini mints. I was looking for clearer instructions. Here is the only link I have for it. Please help!

Let me check tomorrow, in some older Wilton year books. It looks familar but not sure which year.

That seems complicated! I think the mini mints must be tic tacs. I think they have used royal icing to "glue them down. I guess after they are dry...you pipe another line on top of them with royal icing. I am not good with stuff like that...so I am sure this is not much help.

Here is a bump for your post! icon_smile.gif

That cake is on the cover of the 1993 Wilton Yearbook. I haven't made it, but have the book sitting in front of me. What can I do for you?

I agree with kaecakes. It's definitely a Wilton type design....maybe from the 80's from the way the page is set up. My yearbooks don't go back past 83 though. Sorry I can't be of any more help than that.
