I would like to send some cookies to my grandson who is stationed in
HongKong. Along with the never fail sugar cookies, Can anyone help
me put together an assortment that will ship well? I would appreciate any
help. Thank you so much .

Lots of cookies ship well. Wrap them a few at at time in plastic wrap to prevent breaking, then put them in a tin and they will stay nice for quite a while. Some of my favorites:

Refrigerator cookies (slice and bake)

chocolate chip (with or without nuts)

Oatmeal raisin (with our without nuts & choc chips.) The recipe in the Quaker oatmeal box lid is excellent?

No Fail sugar cookies with sugar sprinkes or icing
