How do you stick one together? Do you just stick pictures of cakes that you have made in a photo album? or do you add notes about the cakes with prices and things? also do you think it would be a good idea to add a list of the kind of cakes, fillings and frostings that you make in the portfolio?
Thanks so much,

in my portfolio, i just have pictures. i tried to do a scrapbooking type thing w/it...but since i don't have alot of time to do it, i gave up. so i just bought a really nice album and stick my photos in there, all my photos are 5x7 and no other info. you don't to take away from your pics b/c w/the portfolio you are showcasing your decorating abilities!!

you can have a website or a brochure or some other type of 'handout' to give the price, flavor, icing and other info if you need too.

I made my portfolio by scrapbooking a collection of pictures that showed a range of the cakes I have done. On those pictures I wrote the sizez, flavors, and prices. In a seperate book I keep a list of the flavors I make, prices and any additional items of importance. I'm now making brochures for clients so they have something to take with them for future reference.
