I just did the math and realized my son's Optimus Prime Birthday cake will only feed about half of the guest attending his party tommorow. icon_eek.gif

Obviously, I need more cake and do NOT have the time to be fancy, I just need to make sure everyone gets a slice, KWIM?

So what do you do in this situation? I'll need 12 more servings, should I make cupcakes, another 13x9? Should I use one of the colors that I'm using in the "showpiece" cake? Any and all advice is welcome. TIA!

Personally, I think it would be quicker if you just made 12 cupcakes. You can frost cupcakes much faster than a whole 9x13. And yes, I would incorporate the same colors if possible. HTH! icon_smile.gif
