Wedding Shower Cake, Groom's Name Or Not?

I've got my cake all done for tomorrow. I talked to my friend who is purchasing the cake and asked her what she wanted for the salutation, if she wanted the groom's name or not since it is a shower for the bride. I honestly can't remember if the groom's name has been on any of the cakes at other showers. Any thoughts?

the shower cake I did a couple weeks ago said Best Wishes Steve & Tasha. I think it's fine myself.
