Darn if I'm not low on meringue powder and I have to get this done today. Not enough time to drive into town.

I have Egg White solids.
Can I do something with this??? Add to it? will it work?

I have colorflow mix.
But does colorflow take longer to dry? I need it done for Sat.

Are you making Royal icing? If so, I think you can use powdered egg whites if you have that. I have used them to make royal icing for cookies.

Yes. I am making royal.
Do I just use as if it were meringue powder. 3 Tbsp egg white to 1# sugar?

Will it take any longer to dry??
Or just act the same.

(I guess I know that meringue powder is egg white, but it has stuff added. )

Hang on for a minute. I will go check and see what it says on the jar.

Ok, Mine are from CK products and the jar says 2 Tablespoons equal one egg and that is what my Wilton can says also. Maybe you an just substitute equally. Hope that helps.
