Hi All,
I know this topic has probably been covered a thousands times but I have Earlene Moore's cake cutting guide and was wondering if anyone else uses her's. The Wilton one just seems like the servings would be so small and I think Earlene's are larger servings. Is there a die hard wedding cake cutting guide that anyone uses that gives you nice size servings? Any helps is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Heather

I agree that the Wilton guide is kind of skimpy. I can't answer your question, so I'm offering a friendly bump. Hopefully someone has some insight.

I've been cutting my pieces about 1 x 3 and that seems to satisfy most people.

I use Earlenes and have actually purchased the full version of her chart. I use it for party and weddings. There is usually enough cake and I will often round up to their nearest whole number when doing tiers. I will always explain to my customers my slice size and tell them if they feel they need more to order extra cake. Or I will go up the next size cake if I am inbetween servings of what they need. I love her chart.

Thanks so much! I will probably end up buying Earlene's full chart when I have the extra money! I would be nice to have it around!
Thanks again,
Heather
