saw a couple of people post that a church kichen wasn't allowed (not exactly sure why) but in FL if it is a commercial kichen is that ok? I am beginning the process of searching for a rental kit and my first thought was one of the billion churches we have around. What is the next step after finding a rental kitchen?

Many church kitchens are not licensed. I think the main thing is to find a commercial kitchen that has been inspected by the state. Let me know if you are in the Orlando area because there is another kitchen that my hubby checked out that is a licensed commercial co-op kitchen. After finding a kitchen I am pretty sure that you have to contact the state and get another licence stating that you are using whatever kitchen you found. http://www.doacs.state.fl.us/fs/permitrq.html is a link that might help.
