I make cakes for My Mom's office when they need them , Usually just sheet cakes with flowers . This cake is for someone moving onto the Audit dept and I don't want to do the plain flower thing again but I can't think of anything to go wtih this theme . I was thinking a buttercream transfer but can't find any images .
Oh and it's a $35 sheet cake so budget is an issue as well .
Any ideas ?

You could do a sheet cake and make it into a like a balance sheet out of balance ha ha audit dept. Shouldn't be too hard to do lines of icing. You could put silly nanes or funny things with amounts and make it out of balance at the bottom. I think it would be funny.

Maybe you could do a giant red ink pen? Make a jelly roll cake for the main part of the pen. Cover it in red and maybe have it say something like "Property of the Audit Dept". Use an ice cream cone for the tip and stick it on one end.
