The magazine is doing a beautiful spread as well, which we shot a few days before the video. I'm REALLY excited about that. It will come out in the June issue...so I guess in May? (Not sure if Chatelaine is available anywhere other than Canada though? )

Funny that...it was a large tip #1M.

(I know, I know....not a tip used with a coupler, but that was too hard to explain in the video! We explain it in the magazine instead.)

I think that this instructional video was GRRRRRREAT!!!! I'm still in the beginning stages and this will help me a lot and maybe even build up my confidence because I had really given up. Icing a cake is pure frustration for me because I just can't seem to get the technique down. I think I'll just stick to cupcakes!!!!!
