I have the canon ip3000. I use kopykake products. You might want to try and do a cleaning of the colors and a print check to see if that will work.

Is it possible for you to take out the cartridge and then put it back in and try again?

I would go to the maintence section of your computer and see if you can try to fix it there.

Sorry I don't know very much about epson printers.

Try the trouble-shooting guide on the Epson site. It might help.

Also sometimes after refilling Epson C88 OEM ink cartridges, the chip needs to be reset for it to recognize the cartridge. Not sure if the KK cartridges also do this. I'd call KK first to find out and if that's the case, you may need to purchase a chip resetter.
