Hi guys:
Just want to thank you for making cake decorating and baking a great learning experience. I would like to include in this posting my latest cake.

This cake was supposed to be submitted in the March of Dime/Baby Shower contest. However, I was a little late with it and was not able to post it I am hoping that by the next contest I'll be a better cake decorator and quicker to finish decorating.

This cake is decorated with fondant and buttercream. The batter is from the DH mix lemon flavor. The filling I did it with lemon curd and buttercream (delicious). I really enjoy it and donated this evening to my scrapbooking group. We had a ball with it.

Thanks again for all your help. I don't know if I told you guys, but I also posted the cakes I did last week for my niece engagement party. It was a success.
