Is there any such thing? If so, is the recipe on here or would you be kind enough to share it???

This is the recipe that I use and it does crust.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crisco
4 cups sugar
2/3-3/4 cups cocoa
half and half to thin

This recipe will allow you to smooth with a paper towel.

However, I have also been searching for other chocolate buttercream recipes that are easy to get smooth. I have a wedding cake for next month with a very large chocolate layer!
