I will be starting class II tomorrow night and was hoping for some insight on what I will be learning throughout the class.

In my second course, we learned a bunch of different royal icing flowers, how to use color flow, basketweave and several new borders. It was really interesting and I had a really good time! Hope you enjoy it!

Lesson 1: Review the shell, learn the rosette, and reverse shell border, as well as the rose bud, and the mum. Your instructor will also explain Royal and Color flow icing, and should show you how to make it, though that sometimes viaries.

Lesson 2: You learn how to do the color flow pieces, violet, violet leaf and apple blossom.

Lesson 3: Victorian Rose, daisy, daffadil, pansy, and primrose.

Lesson 4: Rope board and basketweave. This is the only night in Course 2 that you will bring a cake. You will use the color flow pieces from Lesson 2, and the flowers from the lessons to decorate your cake.
