Has anyone ever used the easy white chocolate ganache recipe on the baking911 website? I made it today, the 1 1/2 cups cream and 8 oz. white chocolate. It's really runny. Can I just melt some chocolate and stir it in to fix the problem so I'm not wasting what I already have?

Just cool it and whip it up. Then you can spread it like bc icing.
