Hi there - Newbie here. I found some AWESOME recipes for fillings. (Making my 1st torte cake next week). Alot of them call for cool whip. I was wondering if they are going to be okay since I'm not putting this cake in the fridge. I'm making a chocolate cake and am looking to make raspberry filling or Kahlua Raspberry cream filling. Any suggestions???
Thanks!!! princess.gif

by all means refrigerate them, for one the cool whip will dry out and get gummy and the dairy products in the fillings also require refrigeration.
If you are only having these out for like a day and then they will be gone that would be okay but for anything longer than that thay should be put in the fridge.
