I'm new at fondant and I used a rolled fondant recipe for the first time that called for corn syrup instead of glucose - It was really sticky and stretched a lot - Has anybody heard of using the corn syrup over the glucose? Thanks!

I have but I have only used MMF and the nasty stuff from Wilton.

Corn syrup and glucose are the same thing.. but I suggest try the Marshmallow recipe..you won't regret it. I have made both and I prefer MMF. icon_smile.gif

If your fondant was really sticky you need to knead more icing sugar in it. I use corn syrup all the time cheaper than buying glucose.
