I am going to the OH weekend of sharing this Sat and Sun and signed up to take a sculpted groom's cake class. We are making the big mouth bass cake and need to bring a half sheet cake.

I don't have this pan icon_cry.gif

I have a 9 by 13 pan, which normally I would just put two together, but since this is going to be a sculpted cake, I don't think that will work. My DH is already not happy about all the money I am spending on this weekend, so there is no way he is going to let me go out and buy a new pan.

What can I do? PLEASE HELP!

Thanks!
Cathy

Is there maybe somebody you could borrow one from? I know you don't want to spend any money on one, but the ones at Joanns are $12 & if you use a 40% coupon it would be about $7. I wish I could be more help...maybe someone else has a better idea thumbs_up.gif

I was able to find a 12 by 18 pan from a friend. Maybe I could just trim it to the right size?

A 12" x 18" cake is a half-sheet cake. The other "accepted" size described as half-sheet is 11" x 15". icon_smile.gif You're good to go!
