Well I know with regular fondant you just knead in some cocoa powder. Maybe you could do the same thing with MMF. Anyone?

You could do a search using the words "Chocolate MMF" and come up with lots of answers. In the meantime, yes, just add 1oz of melted chocolate to your MMF....and that's it!!

I had hoped to get as close to chocolate flavor as possible...

For my spongebob I used a mixture of melted chocolate and glucose. I don't know where I got the recipe from but it seems similar to the Dark chocolate paste here on CC without the water. I can't remember adding water, there only was chocolate and glucose. It tasted very good.
Before that I tried to tint MMF dark brown without having any brown colour icon_cry.gif

I made chocolate mmf for my submarine cake. I just sifted in some cocoa powder with my powdered sugar. I didn't measure it, but it was probably a half of a cup or so. ( I only made a half batch) You can always add more if it isn't chocolatey enough, while you are doing the mixing. It tasted like a chocolate marshmallow...mmmmmm
