Well I finally finished my other bday cake last night. (The Second of two in a week.) My son's party theme was bugs and I got lots of great ideas here at CC. I wanted to create a cake that looked like my son's bug catcher that he got from WalMart. The jelly roll was a bit hard to get to stay where I wanted it at first, but I think it turned out ok. The kids loved it. Now I can take a breather until I have to my my daughter's cake in April. I will be looking for any tips on sculpted purse cakes until then. Thanks for looking.
