I haven't made chocolate shavings for years... anyone have a recipe and ideas on how to make them so they don't melt? I'll be using them on top of a groom's cake.

Also, I need a recipe for dark chocolate icing -- I will be using the Wilton recipe for regular chocolate icing on part of the cake, but they also was the border to be in a darker chocolate icing -- how do I get it darker?

Thanks for any help. icon_smile.gif

And from wilton.com:

Darker Chocolate Icing: Add 4 more unsweetened chocolate squares (or ¼ cup sifted cocoa powder) and 1 more tablespoon of milk to Chocolate Buttercream Icing.
