Hi guys:
Very busy this morning. I am in the countdown of my niece's engagement party.
Very excited about my cakes. So far I have baked 3 cakes, 3 more to go. Two of them are Golden Vanilla by BC mix and the other is BC choccolate fudge. I used vanilla puding mix and choc. for the choc cake. Delicious as you guys said. Instead of water I use carnation milk and off course the required eggs. Now, I need to know which chocolate filling I can use for the choc cake. Does it come already made or do I have to make myself. I rather buy it already made. I wanted to use raspberry filling but, my niece has allergies to all kind of fruits and I don't want to take a chance. Please help. I am getting ready to fill my cakes.

Tina: If you are wanting a chocolate filling, you can use chocolate pudding or chocolate buttercream. I think some people have used Nutella but there's the nut allergy thing.

Thanks for you recommendation of the Nutella and choc pudding. I think I will go with the chocolate pudding. Less risky.

I use cool whip and chocolate pudding
1 cup milk in chocolate pudding and add to thawed cool whip.

Ice Cream toppings are good too. I think they have a chocolate fudge and maybe milk chocolate. You just want to make sure you get the thick ones.
