A friend has asked me to do a cake using the logo of a non-profit organization, but I was a little worried about copyright indemnity. I work in advertising and anytime we use someone's logo in an ad we have to have a signed indemnity letter. I just don't know if it's the same when it's made out of icing?

I would assume it would be the same with icing. Where do you get a copy of this indemnity letter?

Does the friend work at or are they having a benefit to raise money for the organization? If so, I really wouldn't worry about it myself.
