What is the best way to go about this... the Wilton Kit, a certain book?
I have been unable to find any classes near me...

The Wilton kit as gotten me off to a good start. There's nothing like practice. Luckily, a little gumpaste goes a long, long way. icon_smile.gif

I like the Wilton gumpaste book, but personally I don't like their cutters or tools as much. I use Scott Clark Woolley's gumpaste tools. I find that I've gotten a better result. His website is www.cakesbydesign.com. He also has a very good book on sale on his website. birthday.gif

Sorry, the website is www.cakesbydesign.cc (Also I'm not trying to knock the Wilton kit, it just didn't work as good for me).
