How do you do the imaging sheets onto cakes? I was looking at this cake and I am intrigued and would love to do this. Do you need a special printer? Where do you get the imaging sheets?
TIA,

I would love to know this as well! I have seen some really cool chocolate designs on the sides of cakes! Anyone?
Here is what she said about this cake:
"The icing was white chocolate flavor with pink toile edible imaging sheets attached to top and sides with baby's name centered on top
So now I would imagine our next question would be, what kind of paper.. Rice paper?? I had a few edible images sent to me from Mac and they were pretty easy to manage, but I don't think I would have been able to actually bend the paper to add it to the sides.. bump!
The icing sheets are very flexible. You could use them to put around the cake with no problem.

i cut them right after they print and apply them wherever. It is quite simple. Hint the warmer it is in your work area the harder it is because they will get too soft really quick.
I noticed a discussion about one of my cakes. Wow. That's never happened to me that I know of!
I used edible imaging sheets on this cake. The kind that come from KopyKake, etc. They bend quite nicely.
I use the KK frosting sheets on the sides of my cakes too. They're fantastic You can print on them using a regular inkjet printer and edible ink cartridges. The printer has to be new though and it has to be compatible with the edible ink cartridges being made. Those can also be purchased at Kopykake. For printers, the Canon iP3000, iP1500 or MP130 are good choices. They run from $50-$100.
