So, I have a ton of blue bc from a previous cake and I need green for a current cake. I assume it will turn green if I use yellow coloring...is this true? Anyone play around with colors?

Yep, this will work, how much yellow you need to add depends on the shade of blue you have, the shade of green you want, and the type of yellow. But blue and yellow will always give you some type of green.
