I want to make a belly cake for a firends baby shower. I have the BC ball pan which I have used for doll cakes, so this can be the belly, but how to I form the boobs? I know that sounds like a really silly question... BUT I don't want her likness to be unflattering!!! Thanks! Any other suggestions would help! km

I have read that people use the 1/2 mini ball pan.
