Is there a good way to be able to cut out a logo or picture from the computer and trace it onto your cake, so you can pipe it in later? thanks for your help.

You might want to try reversing your picture or whatever you are doing and use clear piping gel on wax paper taped over your image and then press it onto your cake. You might want to practice on a plain piece of paper first.
