any ideas for a camping cake? my friends little girl is turning 5 and wants a camping party. ?? anyway she said she would order a cake from me if i could do something with a camping theme. i looked in gallery and found just a few.

any ideas??????

What if you did a Smores cake - either one that tasted like smores or looked like a giant smores.

in one of the more recent wilton books, there was a camping scene. they had figure piped little "campers" and had them doing things like fishing, or sitting by the fire. you could also mold them out of fondant (personally, i can't seem to get figure piping to work really well for me) the backdrop was an outdoors thing. it might have had the pretzel stick trees. i can't remember the details icon_redface.gif but maybe this idea will start ya
