i think, if im not wrong (dont quote me) but she uses the one from www.kitchengifts.com ...wait i just checked...it is this website and she uses very dark cocoa powder...i know because she made these playing card cookies with these gorgeous dark choco cookies and i asked which recipe she used...if you look in her gallery you will see them...her whole gallery is amazing!
