How would you store a 3 tiered (10-8-6) fondant covered cake, its done but the event is not for another 2 days? any suggestions?

I heard they are not suposse to be put in the fridge so if they don't have filling that needs to be put in the fridge then just leave them out.
I cover mine with that press and seal (Love the stuff! Use it for everything!) others might have better sugestions, but that is what I do.

I'd cover it with saran wrap and then tin foil and then put it in a cake box and store it in a cool place. Outside works if you cover it well and its cool. icon_biggrin.gif
